Later than ever, here’s my last year’s flashback in a few pictures. Didn’t take many photos, hardly travelled at all. A weird year, and a tough one to open a café, which is what we did. Previously only roasting coffee as Drip Roasters, we opened the café in March of 2020. Despite a difficult first year, we’re happy the café is still around. We have also managed to grow as a roastery and move to a new, bigger location.

This is where I live (or nearby at least). Due to the pandemic, we spent more time in this beautiful city and in its surroundings in 2020 than ever before.

My family has a beautiful chalet in the Gstaad area. We spent a lot of time there, too.

This was before the pandemic hit: a work trip back in January with a little detour through Paris.

Milan, Italy

Last summer, after the first wave of COVID, we spent a few days in nearby Milan.

This was the second and last time abroad since the pandemic has begun.

Vals, Switzerland

Instead of traveling abroad, just before Christmas, we spent a few days at a stunning hotel and spa.

I’ve been to 5 countries last year, Switzerland included. Let’s see what 2021 brings…
