Back in August, my parents were kind enough to let me use their car for a few days so Seraina and I went on a 3-day trip to Italy, visiting four cities and one friend. First stop was the not so touristy but very beautiful city of Bologna, where we found a nice little room right next to the city center. The next day, we had lunch in Florence, before driving on to Siena to visit our dear friend Manuel at his parents’ wonderful country house. This place was magical: the views so wonderful, the light so lovely, great company and the kindest hosts. We would’ve loved to stay for weeks rather than just a night, but the next morning, after making promises to come back soon, we had to say our goodbyes and drive all the way home. After driving for a few hours, we stopped just before crossing the border to Switzerland for a pizza dinner in Como, the 4th picturesque city to visit on our short trip.

The negatives were scanned on Noritsu HS-1800 instead of Fuji Frontier SP-3000 (as usual).
