Last October, we took a trip of about 3.5 weeks to Kenya and added a week on the Tanzanian island of Zanzibar. Part of the trip was for sourcing coffee resp. visiting coffee producers I work with at Drip Roasters. I also just published a blog post about the coffee-related part of this trip with more words and less pictures. After having spent some time in the coffee region around Mount Kenya, we went on a 3 day safari tour in Maasai Mara. Costa Rica & Panama

This was the first longer trip for Seraina and myself after the pandemic. We had planned it for quite a while, but due to possible changes due to the virus and because of visa issue, we literally didn’t know if we could take the trip until the day we left. Costa Rica and Panama had both been on our list both for the nature and beaches as well as for coffee. Before arriving in these countries, however, we spent some time in cold New York City.
