Marseille & Lyon

Marseille & Lyon

Marseille was a first in our adult lives. We had wanted to go for some time but for some reason, it had never been at the top of our lists. When the pandemic dictated us not to fly a whole lot, we finally took the trip. And we weren’t disappointed. The city’s architecture, its harbor, and «La Cité Radieuse» by the Swiss-French architect Corbusier were well worth the trip, not to mention the abundance of great restaurants, wine bars and discovering some new specialty coffee shops.

Paris

Paris

We visited Paris during the record-breaking heat wave last summer. The day before we took the train from Bern to Paris, we received a reminder by email to bring enough water. Paris

Paris

Buy prints from this post. Just a few days after I got back from Lisbon, I went to Paris with Seraina. Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Le Marais… We did do a little bit of sightseeing, but our main focus was on exploring the city’s excellent and diverse food and coffee scene as well as just relaxing and taking a break. It would be my last time to shoot the Hasselblad for a few months. After we got back, I soon started to work on my web documentary series, which has pretty much taken up all my time. More about this soon.

Nice

Nice
